J. Herzog and Sons (JHS) is actively seeking irreplaceable hospitality properties in exceptional locations in secondary and tertiary markets, with multiple drivers, barriers to entry, 100 to 400 keys, valued between $5 and $50 million (portfolios valued up to $100 million are also acceptable). JHS will consider full service, select service, limited service, and extended stay properties, as well as flagged and independent hotels anywhere in the US in Canada.
