Our leasing department maintains excellent ongoing relationships with retailers nationwide. Our past success with tenants has created strong relationships producing repeat business and referrals to other retailers.

To continually improve occupancy levels and a balanced tenant mix at all our centers, JHS employs a multi-leveled approach to attracting tenants to our centers. Leasing agents in the central office maintain national retailer relationships and oversee all leasing activity at the properties. JHS also works extensively with third party brokers in specific market areas to identify and attract national, regional and local businesses that can grow and prosper in each of our locations. Finally, JHS relies heavily on our mall managers to lease to local retailers in the area. These managers stay in touch with the local community and can act fast in offering space to new tenants. In addition, our managers can help guide new, local tenants through the leasing process.
